    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

    @HSBC_UK How many times do I have to pass these types of texts onto your team? I’m not a HSBC customer and never was. With this kind of attitude, I don’t want to be. No one. Not @HSBC or @EE has done anything to assist me. I’m fed up!! I’m being harassed and no one cares.

    .@EE More than 24 hours later and still not fixed. Another message at 10am to say it's 'taking longer than usual to fix and we'll keep you updated' but no updates. Maybe instead of of ignoring me you could do me the basic courtesy this time of letting me know what's happening?

    @EE just spoke to someone called Richard from your technical support team. Very helpful and managed to identify some unreported issues with a mast close to me which is likely causing my phones network issues. Credit to him 👍 2 months of Internet issues could soon be over🙏

    @EE I am currently in Italy and I found out that if I call a local number without country code I am charged for the call. However if I call the same number but with country code then I can use my allowance therefore no charge. Your c support response to this was shockingly poor.

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port
