    @virginmedia enough is enough. Broadband in the Nunhead/ Peckham are has been useless for nigh on@a year. We were promised big improvements in Sept that never came. We now re-boot 2 to 3 times a day. Had enough of your suggestions that never work. Please arrange an engineer ASAP

    @CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia My complaints started long before I deemed the service received unworthy and I am not going to renew a rolling contract simply so I can continue a complaint - natural to leave with these types of issues.     It’s criminal from @virginmedia to pay for 600mb at a crazy amount of money yet I’m not able to upload or stream in peace. 5 min upload for 10 mins takes 1 hour 15 min, streaming quality decreased and can’t do anything to fix it, useless customer service and you’ve lost me a lot.

    @virginmedia I can never get through on the phone, live chat palms me off to a WhatsApp conversation and then I never get a reply or after 2 minutes the ‘agent’ asks if we’re still connected because I haven’t immediately responded and I end up back at the start…
