    Shame on @HSBC_UK they cannot resolve an issue for my 86 yr mum after spending hours on the phone with her and the bank ... We sadly will have to use the ombudsman all because they can't solve a email issue for loading google pay 😡poor show @HSBC_UK

    Seriously, how the f*** do @hsbc_uk run a business with their website, which I have to use because their app can’t do all normal banking transactions. Telling me I’m logged then gives me a 404 error and says I’m not, f***ing amateurs #useless

    @HSBC_UK Your team wanted to go through security with my 11 year old. Wouldn't budge. Asked to be transferred to Premier team so put me through to the payments team who aren't trained in this and can't help. 4 calls so far in 5 days and zero progress.

    Signing up for an @HSBC_UK credit card as a new customer, in order to do a balance transfer, has been one of the most confusing, least usable transactions I've ever been through.

    @HSBC_UK Best bit was the bit where the online bank on the desktop asks you for a security code, but not the one you've just created on the phone call, then activated on the mobile app. It's a new, specially generated one, and the first step to get it reads, "DON'T sign in to the app".

    @HSBC_UK I've managed to get round to calling and now have to wait up to 7 days for a security code to be posted out to pass authentication as I forgot what my card limit was. Horrendous service, and I will be closing my account as soon as I am able.

    @financialombuds trying to resolve an issue with a credit card balance transfer that wasn’t completed correctly with @HSBC_UK since February 15 and yet no resolution and I’m paying for a transfer that hasnt been done

    @HSBC_UK ...All to get a code to access the thing I *do* want, which is to use their online banking site on my desktop computer, not my phone, to check that they've transferred the balance, which was the whole point of setting up the card.

    @HSBC_UK …..the major worldwide bank with no bank accounts for under 7 year olds. Awful, considering all the ‘encouragement’ for children to realise the value of money, save, etc etc.

    @HSBC_UK Is HSBC able to send the mobile banking app activation code to foreign telephone numbers? I have tried speaking to a support agent multiple times and each time I am told a ticket will be made and then there’s no follow up. I urgently need to check my account details.

    @HSBC_UK It is currently not possible to set up a standing order from my current account to pay my Council Tax. I have tried this with both the mobile app and website. I can only make a single payment. Problem has been there since Friday, please advise.
