@xPrincess_Alice @HSBC_UK HSBC have the most complicated system, add to the fact that when you try to login it immediately logs you out several times before you manage to get logged in. I will be switch to another bank haven’t got time for this!

@DaveMCnowInKent @HSBC_UK I would just like to be able to log onto my account, keeps logging in then immediately logs out, almost every time I log in, trying to make a payment but just logs out. I’ll switching if you don’t sort your site out. This is an ongoing problem for months now!

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK Absolutely awful in app chat. Tried to ask about app notification problems but the automated options being offered weren’t covering the subject but repeatedly kept returning to the same subject choices over and over again. No possible way to actually to you a human!!!

@HSBC_UK We attempted to send money to be our son in Japan on 7th Sept. The receiving bank blocked the transfer because of a single letter spelling error on the surname but despite 5 phone calls we have yet to get the money back into our account. This is an outrage.

@HSBC_UK I have rung that number 4 times. I have been told it is being escalated twice. I was promised a call from a supervisor which never came. You have basically stolen my money at this point. 40 years as a customer clearly matter very little to you.

@HSBC_UK I can't log into online banking because you reset my mobile app so I can't generate a security code. I can't get access to online support because I can't log into my account because I can't generate a code. I have no other recourse but to phone because you broke my app.

@HSBC_UK trying to report fraud on my card - have been passed to 5 different people who said they are the wrong team dispute calling the fraud line on your website and still on hold 45 mins later. How is this possible.
