    @HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

    @HSBC_UK Hi. Can you help me please? I received a letter advising me I had a payment due to me but needed my details. I asked you guys if this was legit and you confirmed it was. I completed this online and sent my details to HSBC. But have never received a payment. Can you help

    @HSBC_UK #CustomerService is terrible. Multi hour waiting on the phone. When we did get through, we got cut off. So went in branch instead. Staff had to call the same number and que like a customer! 2 days wasted and haven't spoken to anyone yet. And our money is still missing.

    @HSBC_UK Yes, online is the problem, what's wrong with face to face. I joined HSBC at the age of 4 with Griffin Savers, this experience has really knocked my confidence in your organisation. Bring back real people in banks, lots of people do want to and do not do online everything

    I finally spoke to a very nice lady at @HSBC_UK after 40 minutes. she claimed to have sorted my problem (which was just buying some euros), & told me to try again. But I got same 'bog off' message. Back to square one. (At this point I think I have been at this bank since 1971..)

    @revenante @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK I've used Barclay's before for another account, never had any issues. Though I'd imagine all the banks really have similar problems..

    Apple announces a security vulnerability; Urges all owners to update; Meanwhile @HSBC_UK would still neglect to support this (major) update due to their anti-consumer blocking shite.. Give them a month and you may be able to use the app again, if you're lucky.

    Ok first world problem but… if i hear the @HSBC_UK automaton say “manage you cards at your own convenience..” one more time, while I want to talk by phone to “an agent” about a simple question that cannot be fixed online… i shall do something I might regret! 20 minutes so far.
