Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Tried to transfer money from HSBC to Coinbase earlier. After a follow up call HSBC said everything was OK - my account is now suspended - help lines all closed. 20 years as a premier customer and 6 years of transferring to Coinbase - @HSBC_UK what is going on? This is a disgrace.

@ajnt @HSBC_UK I got hacked and It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done until I came across @agthwi and he fixed my disabled account completely

@HSBC_UK Seems like you are wrong. When I try online it says “account suspended”. So I am glad I didn’t wait for whatever the app fix was.
