    @virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

    @virginmedia Yeah default =tab, it may be normal for you but not any other provider or router manufacturer. Clearly no point in complaining about a terrible user experience I will just have to buy a router and put yours into the modem mode (which it will probably lose after a update)

    @virginmedia Got a notification that the service has been fix. It hasnt, I still have no wifi or tv. Earliest an engineer can come is Saturday 🙄

    @virginmedia No. I didn't agree to any changes except a change of address then out of nowhere I receive an email with a new contract and told on the phone "it is impossible to change address and keep the same account" when I rang to complain and fix it.

    @virginmedia You can help by getting your lazy customer relations team to actually fulfill their promises and ring me back, they've only said they'll do it 15 or so times and that is no exaggeration

    @virginmedia Don't have 4G option. This is not a handset issue but a virginmedia issue. Had problems with a previous handset which I upgraded to the Note. Sort this out or I'll change phone provider. You don't need to Google the issue. Check your complaints log

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi is down in Camberley… probably due to a junction box being hit by a car last night. Your automated fault reporting system only offers an engineer on Wednesday… I’m sure you can offer a better service than that !! Please advise..
