@GBridgeford @virginmedia Yeah mate. There only sales technique is we will have buffering with any other service provider so they basically don’t need to look after you because they give the best 😐. Can’t say I have ever had any issues with other providers

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

It’s criminal from @virginmedia to pay for 600mb at a crazy amount of money yet I’m not able to upload or stream in peace. 5 min upload for 10 mins takes 1 hour 15 min, streaming quality decreased and can’t do anything to fix it, useless customer service and you’ve lost me a lot.

@virginmedia I can never get through on the phone, live chat palms me off to a WhatsApp conversation and then I never get a reply or after 2 minutes the ‘agent’ asks if we’re still connected because I haven’t immediately responded and I end up back at the start…
