@LloydsBank I tried calling via the app this weekend only to be told I’d have to wait an hour for assistance. Who waits for an hour especially when yours a platinum account holder. Not good enough I’m afraid and I’ve been a customer 33 yrs. My issue has still not been resolved.

@LloydsBank Beware if you are travelling and using your Lloyds account they are suspending internet banking logins and asking people to call a number for a wrong department where the staff are no help at all! 2 hours on hold also. Travel safe - use Metrobank or Halifax!!!

@LloydsBank @LloydsBankBiz your website is so painfully slow. I’ve got hundreds of recipients to delete and can only do them one at a time & have to back to the main page every time. It’s 2022 why can’t I check a box and delete them all at once like you do with e-mails?

@LloydsBank Beware of using Lloyds bank if your travelling they are suspending peoples accounts online so you cant login plus they number they ask you to call is for a wrong department so end up losing 2 hours - Travel safe use Halifax or Metrobank!!!

@LloydsBank Is there an issue with phones currently? In queue for 25 minutes so far. Called previously for simple task on credit card that was assured had been completed but not having to call back. Not cannot get through 😔
