    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank Hi, I made two 10 mins calls from abroad on 30 Nov. In those calls they said that there is nothing wrong with my account. Now your mobile app says "my logon details have been suspended". How can I get my access back?I already made two calls and that didn't work, poor service.

    @LloydsBank as a platinum member not able to speak to an agent that can help. Tried 2 different no’s, first 03453000000, the agent transferred the call but went to agent who said will put me through again - they then gave me a direct no. 0800 783 0543 but this is AA breakdown !

    This is great fun @LloydsBank - you've shut down my bank account for fraud protection. Just waited 40 mins in the queue ("high call volumes" as usual!) and finally got a human, promptly disconnected. Now back in the call queue for another 30 mins. Pathetic service.

    @LloydsBank my online banking has been frozen for 3rd time in ~ 1 wk. Calling your 'help' line, ~5th time; 30min on hold so far. What was I doing when accounts frozen? Trying to move my savings from lloyds to other provider with higher interest rates. Has anyone else had this?
