    @MortyMark @LloydsBank I'm through their messaging on app. What bugs me is how many times I have to repeat it's the debit card. All the info is in the thread above yet as though "just another person" continues without checking the history. Always ends up "speak to the site declining"

    Not having fun with @LloydsBank Debit card having issues with online shopping for months. Their solution is me to speak to all sites declining transactions. This isn't my problem to solve, although is SCA related to my card details with changes in March 2022. It'll be bye bye

    @LloydsBank poor service from one if your branches today, needed some £1 coins, only to be told I need to order but then I said can I have even £20 or £10 and her response was I’ve only got £4. Didn’t even try to be helpful! Surely as a bank you hold coins??

    @LloydsBank So I’m waiting to have a conversation with fraud that I didn’t know I needed cos you text saying I didn’t need to call fraud. Is it cos I don’t need to have the conversation you think keeping me waiting another 1hr on top of the 45m I waited to speak to customer service is OK?

    @LloydsBank No, no one has been able to explain the wait. Keep being told I have to speak to another company. They said I have to start the claim from the beginning. Unable to speak to anyone that can actually help me.

    @LloydsBank Yes I have! So as a customer I now have to wait 7 days to access my account!!? I won’t be able to do transfers - as I work I have no time to go to the bank or cash point!! Great customer service again Lloyds 🤬

    @LloydsBank I get that but even being refused for £20 which isn’t unreasonable is bad. I’ve had to go to HSBC to do the transaction. I get if I was asking for the higher amount that it may need to be ordered but coming down to £20 and getting refused is really poor!
