@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank Yes applying for a club Lloyds account, no problems to this point. Asked to upload passport (which is Irish) and when I open the capture app it just says document is not found. Have tried on two separate devices.

@LloydsBank Still having issues with mobile app. Have not been able to access for 2 days. Browser login works fine. Mobile says an error has occurred and asks to check Internet connection, I am definitely online however.

@LloydsBank Yes I get the same error, tried all the steps mentioned. Tried disconnected mobile data then WiFi vice versa. App just gets the same error saying I'm not connected

@LloydsBank Ridiculous that your Scottish customers can no longer close their accounts without travelling to England. Support in getting an account closed would be appreciated as making a 250 mile journey during a pandemic isn’t exactly ideal
