    @LloydsBank I tried calling via the app this weekend only to be told I’d have to wait an hour for assistance. Who waits for an hour especially when yours a platinum account holder. Not good enough I’m afraid and I’ve been a customer 33 yrs. My issue has still not been resolved.

    @LloydsBank Beware if you are travelling and using your Lloyds account they are suspending internet banking logins and asking people to call a number for a wrong department where the staff are no help at all! 2 hours on hold also. Travel safe - use Metrobank or Halifax!!!

    @LloydsBank Hello, I’ve tried to switch my Lloyds account over to NatWest however Lloyds have declined the switch. I’m unable to get through to customer services and the message us system on the app doesn’t work. Can I have some assistance please?

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBankBiz your website is so painfully slow. I’ve got hundreds of recipients to delete and can only do them one at a time & have to back to the main page every time. It’s 2022 why can’t I check a box and delete them all at once like you do with e-mails?
