So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@virginmedia I don't remember the password because I never set it. An "account password" on top of my login credentials to "protect" a £25 a month service?! Why would I bother with setting an "account password"? It was auto generated and I was never notified by snail mail about it either!
