@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

@VOD_Alex_ @WHL_Rozzer True. However my daughter had to ditch them too just a year ago. Their router was in lounge, in a flat, and signal wouldn’t reach other rooms, not even with a booster. They’re now with TalkTalk, who I didn’t like, but much better than Sky for them.

Anyone thinking of moving to @talktalk don’t bother. The most rude incompetent company I have ever dealt with. The facts - my 86 year old mother uses an ipad to stay in touch with family across the world. Lives alone and for the last 8 days has not had internet. Disgusting.
