Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

Are Natwest **** i've been with them for years? They give users free subscription of Malwarebytes ( anti-malware software) but no longer do savings account. And they've closed branches in my immediate area. Better alternatives?

@RBS_Help Seriously RBS! 4weeks after waiting for approval on business banking application, I got a call this afternoon saying we need to reapply to NatWest. Reason? All applications from England to reapply to NatWest. No such notice on website.#rbs

@AskVirginMoney No idea. It was setup last summer, and the current account closed around 2 weeks afterwards as the service received from VM was terrible so moved back to Natwest. The savings account is residual but doesn't allow me to use it in anyway (?)

@BTCGandalf Been using NatWest with @Coinfloor with no problems. Santander don't seem that bothered either in my experience.
