@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE With the option EE offers to "swap" my phone anytime if I want to upgrade, does it matter what condition the phone is in? Because mines in pretty bad condition multiple cracks front and back).

Hi @EE , is there a problem with data roaming in Greece today? My phone has been showing E all day. I’ve tried manually selecting other providers (Wind GR & Vodafone GR) , but it won’t connect to them

@EE Your site is the biggest piece of **** I've ever used. Tells me j can upgrade on 2 of my lines then tells me no plans available for every single device I look at. Go **** yourselves. Guess I don't upgrade & just cancel my direct debit then. 🖕

@EE I am having the same problem as last 2-3 months with not being able to gift data from from a number in family account to the other. And as all the data only refreshed yesterday it's not because the unlimited sim has used 100GB.

@EE the bill amount in my app is in correct still despite having made a payment towards it. Worried that service will be suspended. Also should be able to email EE for service issues.
