    @EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

    @EE 50 mins, 2 calls, speak to three people to sort out an account issue isnt great customer service. And you claim to be a communications company.

    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @EE If you want to see how it should be done take a look at the O2 app. I would have been able to find what I needed in seconds rather than multiple attempts. It’s really poor.

    @EE hello, my app has signed me out I could not remember my password but now the password email isn’t coming through either. Is there an issue on EE end. I can’t phone for help without knowing my info which is on the app ?

    @EE the problem wasn’t the account issue. It’s the poor service when EE are phoned. That’s what needs addressing and EE already know about it so what good will telling you about it again do?

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @EE hi I was suppose to get bt sport free for like 6 months during the lockdown period can’t remember when it stopped but I never actually got onto it to use nobody neither you or bt could give me a login that worked can you help so I can use it please now?!

    That’s right, @EE won’t fix THEIR mistake because it will cost them money. A Mutli. Billion. Pound. Company. Which in turn is going to cost me even more. I can’t wait to hear more from them and pay @CitizensAdvice a visit with this. (2/2)

    Interesting to discover that the service that enabled me to use my @EE phone at home has been switched off with no word of warning so that now my phone as a phone is useless at home unless im on one leg upstrs . Not the only network to do this.. >>>>

    I phoned @EE for a new pac code as my last one expired because my sim from 02 was broken and took a while to replace. I was told I would hear back from EE within 24 hours. This was over 48 hours ago. Today I wake up to a text saying welcome to EE. This is not what I asked for.
