@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

terrible service from @EE had no internet for about 2 weeks, how am I expected to work from home! And now we have got to apparently wait for 24 hours for a call back, not good enough!

@ee despite texting 'ROAMING' to 150 from the UK it appears I have bought the most expensive paperweight there is. Phoning your call centre with someone else's phone and you just press lots of menu buttons and wait ages and hang up. My phone is a @huawei

Shocking service from @EE I had requested my broadband/landline be cancelled as from 24 March but don't think it's been done. I'm fobbed off by telling me to ring. I'm currently living in a poor mobile signal area so how's that going to work? Made a formal complaint.

So after the most appalling customer service from @EE I canx my contract, got a letter of apology confirmation canx acc - just had a letter threatening debt collection for u paid bills ????? Could not make it up- absolute disaster of a company
