@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

@bt_uk No known issue. Since there was BT van outside my home doing some sort of upgrade on the copper wires of the area. Internet been very poor. Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

I had at least 3 conversations with staff saying this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

@bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

@bt_uk If you provided the service I’m paying for I wouldn’t have to use my mobile data. I’m meant to be working from home tonight and tomorrow night. Do you want to tell my boss I can’t because I don’t have sufficient internet access??

Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

@Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

@bt_uk Hey there! No it’s still not working 🥺 however, I’m moving out of my house tomorrow and Into my new one. I’ve already spoke to an advisor about this a few weeks back but I’m not sure what to do? There’s no point ringing for an engineer when I’m moving. Shall we DM?

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

Hi @bt_uk. Just wondering what the broadband fault in the Brighton area is being caused by? There is no report on your website but I reported a fault 5 days ago and my neighbours and I have experienced slow internet since this day. Speeds are currently between 3-5mbps.

Still no internet from @bt_uk. As a new customer I’ve had a terrible experience so far.. hopefully they’ll actually sign our order off today that was put in weeks ago. It actually mad how companies take your money and expect you to wait when they’ve made a mistake..

@bt_uk hi BT we’ve been without WiFi for 2wks, had an engineer app today, no one showed, no contact, on hold for 45 mins, got through to someone who then hung up on us - sure you can imagine our frustration, any way you can help please as it’s becoming a joke (not a funny one)

@glazersout93 @LeicesterTigers @btsport have deemed all rugby to be unimportant, so you have to go to the red button on BTSport 2 - then select from the menu, but it s only in old crappy blurry video and crap sound. You have to want to watch German football to get modern TV standards.
