Client has @bt_uk VDSL. Line has issues, BT pushes client to 4G router. 4G is EE supplied and CGNATed, Client can't use their CCTV anymore due to lack of IP that can be port forwarded. BT's view: You shouldn't be using things like CCTV on our services

@BTCare @OpenreachHelp I’m so disappointed that site visit after site visit our new premises & still has no broadband. I have made a complaint to BT’s CEO and still Openreach haven’t sorted this out. I have already been billed for the first month for a service I don’t yet have.

@BritishGas From one extreme to the other. I sent a tweet yesterday to @bt_uk to say how great their customer service department was. On hold to British gas for 15 minutes, someone answers, then hangs up. Great!
