@ThreeUKSupport Find me a live chat service that works, or a number where I'm not on hold for 30 minutes, and I'll do it. So far you've failed to do either of those. Next option - you leave me no choice but to start making official complaints and look into legal action for breach of contract

@ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

Ha, I was wrong. @ThreeUK actually only offer 12GB roaming. God I need to switch. The whole reason I signed up to Three in the first place was their unlimited roaming. Now they're the worst one...

@ThreeUKSupport Just calls. I've had to use Skype at a cost of 21p per minute plus after being advised to factory reset I had to buy extra data because the install wiped out my data allowance. This issue is costing me a lot!
