@ThreeUK My Phone is supposed to have 4G but for the past 6 weeks or more it has only had 2G I have checked the coverage checker an it says that work is being done in my local area to fix and that it should be fixed By today’s date 29/06/19 which it isn’t any chance you can help

@ThreeUKSupport So now after running God knows how many checks our signal issues are still the same. Called honnor and they are willing to take the phones foe checks BUT that leaves myself and partner with no phone to use, which then will cost us more money to buy a temp phone

@ImogenWeekender @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I always used to have problems with bills with them, massive over charges wrong direct debit dates, bills were always messed up! Took my custom elsewhere as they didn’t do anything about it despite numerous calls to them x

@ThreeUKSupport I need a little help with my bill. Iv recently paid my direct debit which was taken on the wrong date (I changed it a month ago) I now have a bill for the correct date which seems to have a full months charges on again so I’ll have paid 2 months in space of 5 days

@ThreeUKSupport How much longer do I have to wait for Three to get their service up and running again? When there is no fibre available and rural areas are relying on WiFi, you cannot give me a date when the problem will be fixed, so I can't work. Simple as that.

@ThreeUKSupport For over a year now, I've found that mobile data consistently doesn't work at all within Stratford station (E15 1AZ), even though 4G signal strength is high. Maybe an ongoing capacity issue? Are you able to look into this? Thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport This issue is always happening in central London, WC2, W1, etc. I have changed SIM card it was ok for two weeks, now, back to 0. I am not going to use 3G, I am paying for 4G. It is very frustrating. I have decided. Finishing my contract, I’m moving to another network
