@TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

@TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

Hey @TalkTalk yet again we have no internet. I’m a vulnerable, elderly woman who uses the internet to do essential things and stay in contact with family. I’m despairing! This wilk be 10th time I contact you this week and no solution. Sort it out now or I’m changing to BT.
