@SkyHelpTeam I did contact Virgin - they said to contact you directly as it's a Sky channel. And as other SKY CUSTOMERS are having the same issue, it would seem short-sighted (and rather pointless) to try address them with a re-seller of the service, rather than the provider would it not?
