@HalifaxBank being a Ultimate reward customer paying £17pm from past over 15yrs. When really needed to claim for Phone insurance- they fitted counterfeit spare parts, and now iPhone is complaining. Not worth having this company as an insurance underwriter. FYI @BarclaysUK @TSB

@BarclaysUK what has happened to your customer service? Rang 1st time agent hung up on me Rang second time wanted a complaint open put on hold for 25 mins Rang 3rd time blind transferred to someone didn't have a clue 4th person put on hold now over 40 mins waiting!

@BarclaysUK Hopeless. Message on website - call you to review our business details. 15 mins in queue, wasting MY time for something YOU want. Agent clearly hadn't got a clue, asked for my name & account details then seemed to wander off. After 3/4 mins of silence I was cut off.

@BarclaysUK home after over 3 weeks in hospital, I was told, "I have many 99 year old customers who use online banking very well." Is this the caring face of Barclays Bank? Is the the official line? She is ex-staff and has always been proud of working for them.

So @BarclaysUK theoretically I can open kids savings accounts over video banking with you. But the child has to be with me and the only appointments you offer are in school hours?! So how does that help me? I’m now forced to go in branch but you have shut most of them!

@BarclaysUK Your bereavement service is atrocious. Wait over 15 minutes for an agent, she goes away to find information for another 5, then cuts me off! No call back.Unhelpful, It should not take me over 3 weeks now to try a deal with my late fathers estate.

@BarclaysUK I can’t access my online banking anymore, I’m not sure why. I tried to contact through apple messages but I don’t have a UK phone number so wasn’t able to talk to anyone through that route. Who can I contact instead?
