    So had another @MicrosoftTeams meeting this morning. They really aren't nearly as easy to use as Zoom. Am now problem solving to try to figure out why I couldn't hear the other user's audio (my speakers are fine, as was their audio on a prior call).

    @MsRougeNoir @MicrosoftTeams Hi Lucy, I feel you. This is a big problem that we need to address. If you were able to either pop out the shared content or the interpreter, would this address the issue for you? Or do you feel that you should be able to resize the content/screen share within the main window?

    @MicrosoftTeams should fix the call problem ASAP. Teams already uses a load of RAM and now calls screen sharing have stopped. So it’s really creating a pathetic situation and hampering work.

    @pari_d @MicrosoftTeams And for (3), if we were to make it possible to pop-out captions, would this address the problem for you? Do you tend to share your screen or do you do it by window?

    @csano @MicrosoftTeams 2. Terp issue, multi pinning and screen space. Let end owners control what they see. If there is a presentation, let end users change the sizes of what they see. 1 inch x 1 inch box is a sheer nightmare.

    @csano @MicrosoftTeams Sorry for the delay Chris. There is a gap with transcriptions for Channel meetings and “Meet now”. I understand a fix is in the works. Defaults are US English, which can cause trouble for users with a non-US accent.

    @Office running into an issue where I can save a file with "%" in its name, but @MicrosoftTeams won't let me upload it saying it has invalid characters. Do you guys hate each other or what?

    @csano @MicrosoftTeams Teams truly is the worst piece of technology I’ve ever used second only to my broken printer in 2003. Throw the whole thing away.

    @heathriel @MicrosoftTeams I really wanted to adopt Teams for our firm. We're an Office365 shop. But between glitchiness and a somewhat difficult interface, I had to license Zoom. It's a common error to try to do too much with an app. It needs to be usable by our least tech savvy professional.

    @csano @MicrosoftTeams 4. Teams is an overly complex piece of software, which relies on channels and switching between these. Complex to understand. Not user friendly. Also many terps aren't inside an organisation, so some logistical issues around joining meetings.

    @MicrosoftTeams If for a serious long running issue raised by end user you need IT involved then I think we should better live wth it assuming Microsoft is not interested in resolving issues. If you are interested, to replicate record a meeting with video on & watch it without downloading.

    @MicrosoftTeams @microsofteams Other user could hear me fine. Problem was easily solved by switching over to @Zoom, which has a much more intuitive interface, and generally works problem free.

    @csano @ZMusker @MicrosoftTeams Hello, I am from India working as assistant manager in IOCL. I am hard of hearing. I usually face too much problem in video conference as there is no proper subtitles. I can't hear on intercom/ mobile. Most of my office work is done thru intercom.(1)

    @pari_d @MicrosoftTeams Hi, Pari! (1) is a problem. I'll work with the team to see if there is anything we can do. Agree that captions should be on by default for those who choose so. I'll continue pushing that. (2) Which app? The desktop client or mobile? Is this option not available on the menu?

    @lyndsay_pearce1 @MicrosoftTeams @SalfordRoyalNHS yes its made it easier for work and home to merge... I made the mistake of putting it on my phone when my wifi went down and thats really intrusive

    @GooglePlay Thank you for the reply. But the issue is that the app description page itself won't open, the same error comes, so I cannot contact the developer that way. I have tagged @MicrosoftTeams , let's hope they respond to the issue.

    @MicrosoftTeams It's Business Teams on Windows 11 but the problem has been even when using with Windows 10. The play is okay if locally played and the sync goes bad when playing directly instead of first downloading. The video and screen delay is of few seconds.

    @bdeeter Issue is incentive structures w who runs messaging platforms. Apple has little incentive to iterate on iMessage. WhatsApp has unread feature but Facebook hasn’t done a ton here post acq. Unsurprisingly B2B @SlackHQ and @MicrosoftTeams are further along here than consumer apps

    @MicrosoftTeams I don't know what is wrong but every time opening in computer is frustrating experience. Almost 15~20min before the meet i hv to start exercise to open meet and login in my computer. #Zoom is much faster.
