    @HostGator there is something going on with the Canadian sites. My servers have been down all day. I think it has to do with blacklisting. Been trying to get answers from host gator all day and they will not give the truth. Canadians that have lost today contact me

    @hgsupport Help. Every time I try to have support upload new wordpress site while backing up old html site, the new site continues to refer to the subdomain I created it in. Good grief...no one in support knows what to do.

    @HostGator DO NOT use Host Gator. They have taken a month to complete a simple migration and just DO NOT respond. They keep saying they have prioritized the issue but no one ever replies. RUN!!!

    @HGSupport How to you access the live chat support. It has been disabled for months now. All live chat support does is show you a list of "is this your problem" crap.

    Update: The website is only unavailable to people from Canada. Weird but true. After getting a hold of HostGator's customer service, I switched on my VPN & set the location to a spot in the USA & now everything is working. Very strange. They say they are working on the issue.

    @HGSupport One of your tech support people had me flush my DNS. It solved the initial problem, but created two others. One, I can't connect my text editor to the server, and it won't let me get to your website portal either. I'm getting an Edge IP Address notification.

    @HostGator's customer support is a huge disappointment! It's been 6 days and still no update on my ticket S-2195876. They don't seem to understand the issue and can't provide a solution. This is extremely unprofessional and their customer support is dead. @HGSupport

    @HGSupport do none of your support reps have access to WHM on shared accounts? I've been on the phone with a tech support for an hour. She's completely out of her league. The fix would have taken her 30 seconds on WHM to open phpmyadmin and change the definers of a function

    @HGSupport nearly 24 hours later and issue still not resolved, spoke to Agent Cherry today who had said sites should be ok by 8am. It’s now 8pm.
