    @googlenesthelp How do I access BBC Sounds using Google nest, please? Your help pages/community don't help. In the middle of the night, I want to say "Hey, Google, play The Silk Road podcast by @BBCInOurTime on BBC Sounds" or similar. Want hands-free, no blue light method. TY

    @googlenest your customer service is terrible! I had my doorbell for 3 years and stopped all of a sudden and being told that 3 years is good! 😳 the conversation cut off, did not bother to call me back! I should have bought @amazon your ring bell is not worth the money!

    @krags74 @googlenesthelp Im having exactly the same issue. I try and rewind on my IPhone 11 it comes up with a try again later message or just spins attempting to load. Exactly the same when I do it on Desktop Pc too it just won’t play anything

    @googlenesthelp @krags74 I’m having the same issue. App just spins when reviewing history. The problem just started happening around the same time. It’s not my network.

    @googlenesthelp Temp inside ranges 16-21 degrees. Hubs responds saying "something went wrong". Home app just sits there for 10seconds and then times out when I try it that way. I can change the mode from eco/heat/off no issue in the Nest App itself, in Smart things or manually (physically)

    @googlenesthelp And how do I share a stream with other people? You know, like you could do with your other nest cameras. Basically, you have broken or removed a lot of functionality, marketed it under the nest name, and have not mentioned this on your website.

    Hello. My new home has a @googlenest thermostat which apparently I can’t figure out. Temperature is fantastic downstairs but it’s like a sauna upstairs where my room is. This ain’t gonna fly. Help me.

    I can’t capacitate myself how a company like @Google @googlenesthelp (owner of YouTube) cannot get a reliable streaming of their Nest Cameras (both old and new), especially those stored as part of a very expensive subscription. This is the case on both Nest and Home Apps. Fix it.

    Why wouldn’t our @googlenest have a “hardware issue” less than two weeks after our warranty expires so “there’s nothing they can do”. Even though we’ve already had it replaced 3 times because of “hardware issues”. But of course there’s nothing they can do now 🙄 @googlenesthelp

    @googlenesthelp Yes, three 1st Gen Nest Hubs have displayed the same behavior. The one 2nd Gen Nest Hub I have has not gone offline. The 2nd Gen Nest Hub is also farthest from the router.

    @googlenest How do I permanently turn off eco mode? I'm tired of coming home to an 80 degree house because of this trash mode. This is the 2nd time asking as well. 😡😰

    @googlenesthelp seriously, fix it. The crime rate is off the scale round here. I've three other nest cameras which do the job brilliantly. Fire the product manager.

    @googlenesthelp The Google Nest keeps saying "I've found a few Google Help Center articles about that and I've sent them in a notification to your phone". I never want her to do this again. When I say this, she says she doesn't understand. How do I make her understand?

    @googlenesthelp Along with opening up a guest network for the thermostat only and that didn’t work either. Hopefully this issue doesn’t come back. I now see nest weave show remote control available. Thanks for responding quickly. Have a great day.

    @googlenesthelp Of course! Once I realized it had automatically pushed the temp setting to 79, I immediately turned it back down to 73… but it’s already 97 here with a heat index above 100… it says 2+ Hours to reach 73. Likely 4+. I have also now disabled seasonal saving mode 🤬🤬🤬

    @googlenesthelp I saw a number of people online having similar problems who indicated that they fixed it by just connecting the C wire. So, I tried that (and gave the thermostat 24 hours to make sure the low power issue was truly resolved) then I tried reconnecting it to the wifi network.

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat has lost Wi-Fi connection and will not reconnect after resetting it per the online troubleshooting. All other nest devices in the house remain connected properly and internet is working. Please advise how to fix this

    @Dyc3r @googlenesthelp having the same problem since yesterday evening. Sorry to jump on ur thread. Thermostat is working as expected but nest app iOS says thermostat is offline. I can see thermostat is connected to the internet on our router. Nest weave has status connected. Remote control unavailable

    @googlenesthelp Thank you for your reply. No surprise: yet another fail for the Google Nest, which can't even set up a routine by voice command. Luckily, it was a hand me down.

    @Dyc3r @googlenesthelp “If the status says “Connected - Remove control unavailable,” there may be an issue with the Nest service.” This is taken from your troubleshooting guide. So are having issues with services on your end?
