    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit charge 4 purchased only last month has terrible battery life, especially in cold weather. Just went on a run and it died on me a mile in, had 26% batt before I left. Do you have anywhere it can be serviced?

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Data export has been broken for at least a year now (Google authorization error when attempting to download file). Are we not allowed to access our Fitbit data? Does it only belong to Fitbit now?

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit, that's not the point. Setting a custom maximum heartrate zone has been broken since June. If I set a custom maxHR it constantly reverts back to the default setting. There are many people on your forums compaining about this for months. Yet no fix.

    @FitbitSupport my fitbitHR isn’t tracking my sleep accurately. Can you please help me reset it. This happened once before and I’m not recalling the fix. It’s says I’ve only slept 2 ish hours a couple of nights this week and that’s definitely not the case. Thanks!

    @FitbitSupport There isn't a option to propose a change to something that's already stored in the fitbit baroda database. I made a custom one to fix it for me.

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit does not turn on after charging. I did not charge my fitbit for 2 months and now the screen is blank. It just displays 0% and screen turns blank. Request your support on how to fix this issue.

    Help @FitbitSupport my calories burned are not tracking. Heart rate is on. Workout alone shows almost as many as whole day shows.

    @Apple Maybe you guys should fix the latest iOS 14.2 update. It crashes the Apple Watch and data source won’t sink to each other. I wish I never purchased the watch. Might as well wear a brick on my wrist because it’s not useless. Should have stuck with my @fitbit I never had a problem

    @FitbitSupport There isn't a option to request a change to a food's nutrition stored in the fitbit's barcode database. I made a custom one for myself to fix it for me.
