  @2KSupport I already uploaded my face scan to mycareer before, but one day, my Myplayer‘s face turn into NPC, I don’t know why, and I try out 2 phones to scan my face again, and it both says “An error occurred while attempting to upload your scans.”

  @2KSupport It’s not a 2k error code it’s a playstation error code because of 2k23. Once I press on my 6’1 Shot Creator it automatically closes my application and dash boards me (error code from playstation).
